Join the Panel on Manpower Development through the Member Self-recommendation Scheme for Youth

To scout for talent more widely and encourage participation of young people in policy discussion and debate, the Government has rolled out the Member Self-recommendation Scheme for Youth (MSSY). The Council’s Panel on Manpower Development will offer two seats for application under MSSY. People aged between 18 and 35 with a commitment to serve the community are invited to self-nominate to become members of the Panel. Application period ended on 17 July 2019.
